Refund Policy

Refund Policy | Effective Date: July 9, 2025

At Ruth hair & Beauty, client satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds, exchanges, or service adjustments may be granted.

1. Service Refunds
- All services rendered are non-refundable once completed.
- If you are dissatisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours.
- We may offer a complimentary correction appointment at our discretion within 5 days of the original service.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows
- A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a late cancellation fee.
- No-show clients may forfeit their appointment and be required to prepay for future services.

3. Product Returns
- All product sales are final.
- If a product is defective or damaged upon purchase, you may request an exchange within 7 days.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.

4. Gift Cards & Promotional Offers
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
- Promotional discounts are valid only during the promotional period and cannot be retroactively applied.

5. Refund Process
- To request a refund or adjustment, please contact us by phone or email with your appointment or order details.
- Approved refunds (if any) will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

6. Policy Changes
- Ruth’s Beauty reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time.
- Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the current refund terms.
