By using the Ruth Hair & Beauty website or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Appointments

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

Late arrivals over 10 minutes may result in shortened services or rescheduling.

If you are running late, please notify us as early as possible.

Style clarification required: If the photos or details provided during online booking are unclear (for example, whether a style is done on natural hair or with a wig), we must confirm the correct service before the appointment. We will attempt to contact you by phone, text, or email.

No response policy: If we do not receive a response and cannot confirm the required details at least 72 hours before your appointment, your booking may be cancelled so the time can be offered to another client.

Ensuring accurate service selection: Booking the wrong service type without providing clarification may require rescheduling or cancellation.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.

Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
3. Payments

Ruth Hair & Beauty does not accept online payments on the website at this time.

Accepted payment methods include:

Zelle

Cash App
-
Debit or credit card payments in person at the salon

Cash (if applicable)

Deposits, when required, must be paid via Zelle or Cash App.

All payments must be completed before or immediately after services.

Prices and payment policies may change at any time.
4. Services & Results

Results vary depending on hair condition, texture, and client requirements.

We cannot guarantee exact results that match reference photos.

Please inform us ahead of time if you have allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions.
5. Salon Policies

Children may only be in the salon if they have a scheduled appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse service if the hair is excessively dirty, tangled, has buildup, or presents a hygiene or health concern.

If hair requires extra detangling, cleansing, or preparation, additional fees may apply or the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Extra guests may be limited based on space and safety conditions.

Disrespectful or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
6. Refunds & Redo Policy

All service payments are non-refundable.

If you are unhappy with your service, contact us within 48 hours for evaluation.

Redo services may be offered at the salon’s discretion.
7. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought into the salon.
8. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

Expired promotions will not be honored.
9. Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:

10. Intellectual Property
